Multiple different programs can be used depending on your level of knowledge / experience / speed you're after. Some of us might make our own to read a cropped (or original) image and then process it. Others like myself cropped it, manipulated it in a photo editor then used another tool to do the final step. There are many tools which work. Good luck!!!
The answer to that question is a giveaway of the puzzle. It's a challenge, try to find the hint and imagine what the grid may be, then use that to search online.
i was able to program in Excel and use cell fills to make the image on my screen. Once you have converted the image, it’s easy to scan in with a code scanning app.
this question came up in a previous challenge. as i said then, anything you can do on a computer can be done with a pencil and paper, given enough time. that said, i would NOT want to do this without the help of a computer, it would simply be too time consuming. i'm pretty confident saying that anyone who has already solved it used a computer/phone/whatever to help themselves along.
doing it by hand would certainly, however, be less tedious than trying to do the Interpreter challenge by hand.
i saw someone say they used a C program, which is also what i did. i also saw a post from someone saying they used excel, which is probably very clever but not in my wheelhouse; i am not an excel guru. I know there are web sites which could be used, if you have the patience for accurate transcription.

What exactly can be used to automate it? I can't scan it wait anything but I did use a pixel editor to make things easier but nothing is working.

automating is mandatory?
It doesn't scan but there is a way to make it do something.
Not strictly. You can definitely do this by hand.
As in “The humanist, who has the ability to perfectly leverage other’s human instincts and awareness”?
Do I need to invert the colors what exactly is meant by changing something to make it do something if it can't be scanned?
yeah that whole deal, the bit about the chakras that's earlier in the thread
Write a program to scanned it to a 2d array. tried several ways to convert the binary to texts but no luck so far.

Thanks.
Should we count the "distance" again?
Are the Question Marks and Symbols in the bottom left corner the incomplete code?
you have the right sort of idea in that there is a key concept that makes this come together but it's not the same one
i think i have the right path.. but trying to figure out how to work with that knowledge.. can someone hit me up on telegram just to confirm?
What exactly is the hint? people are saying its obvious and I'm feeling super lost.
the hint looked pretty obvious to me.. it's moreso what to do with the hint I seem to be stuck on..
I actually love this one. This was a great puzzle.
The hint is very helpful.
looking at clues so far, i think i know what it will be.
here's a tedious bit that might speed you along
(as always, check my work, i'm dyslexic and prone to inserting errors)

No transcription error this time :)
Done!
Done! This one was super clever and I really enjoyed it
I'm trying to obtain the suffix firstly but so far cannot do it.
Do I need to do some "cumulative" calculation to obtain it?
yep, got it
nice change after my frustration with the last one
one thing not mentioned here yet, one of the words in the faint background text was in italics.
good luck!
There's no way to obtain parts of the passcode. Knowing the suffix is useless here. When you solve it, you'll get the entire passcode all at once.
Like others have said - look at the background, there's a hint to what you're looking at
Ok, saw it ... beautiful!!!

Minimal hint: you cannot look for “13AR”.
Yes. One of the fastest solves so far.... The hint is pretty obvious indeed.
This can be done by hand though, a bit tedious but you only have to run through it one time, once you have it set up right.
