I split the image into RGB channels and subtracted the values from one another (R-G, G-B, B-R) and then combined it into a new image. (done in python) This gave me 19 letters. All other pixels are perfect greyscale.
If you scroll to the very bottom of the Osiris event page, it's the same image for Trickster. Should point to use ignoring most of the weirdness with her hands.

Well that explains the odd shading for the right hand ... they cut the image out and slapped it on top of a new background .

In "misty hannah at the magic castle" nothing is 4 letters. So I'm hitting a dead end.
It's different color, and "EI" looks like "I3", but that does not really help. Maybe wrong path.
