Looks to me like 10 in a circle (based on size, you can see 7 clearly and there’s only room for three more behind Misty) with something blocked in the middle ... not sure how you can see Taurus

I have already learned a lot about the Magic Castle in Los Angeles and the Misty Hannah show, about Charles Bridge in Prague and the famous Prague astronomical clock. But I still don’t know what to do with it :(
The positions of her hands and gestures seem meaningful to me, but the meaning eludes me.
Stylisation and font used in the image reminds me of Alphonse Mucha's posters.
Design of this poster is clearly taken wholesale from Mucha's Moët & Chandon poster. But I'm not sure that this information helps. :-/

Yes, found Mucha's artworks when I followed the "Art Nouveau" hint(?) in the PNG title.
Overall design is from "Moët & Chandon Crémant Impérial (1899)". The symbols in the circles can all be found in different pieces of Mucha.
Also, Mucha is Czech and so is the Charles Bridge in the background.
Silly question, how did you know it's the Charles Bridge in the background? Just general knowledge?
I found links to Sikhism, if that's useful. It's shown in one of the circles.
