It's a fact. @jplolo is the listed tester. The code posted in the OP is incorrect due it to improperly displaying. Which is why it was reposted properly with the additional info that was missing. @TommyGun96
I take it in the sense that it knows how it is started I have the idea but I don't know how to take it to any image or something coherent that I can understand
"Complete decode", nothing. All he did was add some stuff that should have been in the original post, but was left out.
(As for myself, I'm still scratching my head; it's fairly obviously not a straight base64 decode, as that just gives me nonsense. But I can't help feeling that 64 is important here somewhere - why else would the puzzle have "4^3" in it? And then there was @lifeissuffering's comment about "doing something backwards"... granted, either of those could be a red herring.)
Pretty much anything to UTF-16 gets a bunch of Chinese characters. Doesn't mean anything - I should know, I actually read Chinese lol.
In general, it just ends up being gibberish. Consider the original hint again, the entire thing, and think about how it was presented. 4^3 yes, but there's something else in there that's important and might help

Well the agent who posted that didn't say the post was wrong for no reason then include the html markup for no reason lol
Maybe a clue to tell us to do something backward?
Does that mean you have gotten the media / passcode? Or just the first step?
don't know what to do with all that padding
Do you know this for a fact or is this just your impression? Thanks for clarifying.
The html markup is important ^

I do not understand anything at all for a programmer it should be easy to assemble the puzzle 😔
Don't worry. I'm not a programmer either. But I am determined to solve it. You can do it if you don't give up. @katracho37
It might be harder for a programmer as we might think too much on it.

Finally, got it... it is not convienient for mobile phone decoder😂
You should stop reversing at the certain step 🙂
some clue to start and have some idea, apart from not doing it on the phone
Entirely possible, I suppose.
on my phone.. it doesn't look like I can do it like that.. probably gonna need a piece of paper.
Nice one. Thanks for the clues @jplolo 😁
what clue?
Not so much a clue, more providing the complete decode in 4 comment

Everything you need is in there.
Lol, nice for some ......
jJTW makes about as much sense as WTNj ; I'm clearly still missing something.
I quite simply do not believe this could be done on a mobile.

To be clear, I haven't solved anything. I'm only guessing.
many things are making me try all kinds of base32 things. (saying more, i think, would give too much away).
Why do I get the feeling I'm missing something utterly BASIC here?
Base64 to UTF-16 gets a number of Chinese characters, although it could be a false lead.
