I'm still looking for that clean solve, but I can't work backwards if I don't know the keyword and it doesn't end in 13ar. Still stuck with 27 words and genders.
Nope. I have the words. I think I know how to convert them back to letters (seems straightforward enough) but that doesn't work. Stuck at it for 2 hours now.... :(
By the way, the letters in the green boxes should look familiar.
The only part I didn't like is how to get the prefix, because it isn't immediately clear what it is. We didn't have to reuse something before. Which is also the reason why I initially dismissed the right solution, because I was looking for the wrong number of characters.
Other than that, the puzzles themselves were creative and fun.

La Malinche could help you out if she said the words herself.
9 letter word for grass??? Am I misunderstanding this?

Yes that is correct. Try to get into that same situation, time and place and have a look at it from a different perspective.
Don't look for the suffix as it is not there. The keyword is what you seek. Good luck!
Interpretation. If you have a word that doesn't fit, try another translation. The first, best clue is highlighted.
Some of the genders are indeterminate, are they not?
@Unchi are we saying the 13ar is definitely not encoded? As that seems like a good way to send someone down a blind alley for a couple of hours.
I loved this one, even although it is 5 am here now

You may be overthinking it. Try what you got. (Don't expect something too intelligible. you are still one gate away from the keyword)
Man, women, both, could have been the right answer. You can find a source which assigns very clearly to these categories.
Some hint for cryptobin please. 3 hours and nothing... Variations of La Malinche, Cortes, Bernal, Rodriguez, Martin, etc etc... and nothing😭
I still don't understand the clue for cryptorbit...
****, I wasn't doing this from a source, I was doing it from memory. Maybe I was on the right track
The Password is maybe wrong, but the password may be right.
Finally got it.

Hmm, the last part got me stumped. How do I get a keyword from that...
😠 I hate myself too much right now man!!! Thank you
I'm having trouble at the last part with the 27 items, anyone have any possible hints? I'm stumped, much like many others
The 27 items give you the keyword. That should give you a sense of the "information density" you're looking for.
Nope - still no clue... am I thinking too hard, or just missing something that is easier than I think it is?
Yes but how XD I can't get the keyword, nor characters before the keyword lol
Wait... do the 27 items give you the prefix AND keyword, or just the keyword?
No, we've already got the prefix, I think
We were given the suffix (AR13). We were also given the prefix?
Wait what. I might have already had it then but would have never known?
Also I’m going to go mad come morning trying too many variations on:
* first
* last
* firstlast
* first last
* firstmiddlelast
* first middle last
* First
* Last
* FirstLast
* First Last
* FirstMiddleLast
* First Middle Last
and THAT’S assuming I read the single clue correctly.
Very easy, the initial hint + @NineBerry hint 😅
You do not have to refresh the crypto page. Just keep pressing the "unbin it" button.
13ar is NOT encoded. It's given as plaintext in the format.
