I'm afraid that your code may be invalid then, someone confirmed mine and what I get is something like "There has been an error". You should try to contact one of the solvers and at least you could use the waiting time to fix it if it is wrong.
Now, i dont know what to do with the 20+3 numbers of the middle puzzle, i have tried past solutions but anyone gives a word... Does the keyword have 7 letters?
I've solved all the puzzles. I've worked out the suffix, the keyword and the number just before the keyword.
But I'm stuck on the first five chars of the prefix. I know it's in the format #xx#x. But I cannot for the life of me convert it from 5 pairs of double digits to this format. I've tried two different solutions so far, and both get the "Invalid passcode" message.
I thought it was a simple addition. Nope. Thought maybe simple subtraction. Nope. I'm out of ideas.
Any hints or tips on for the prefix conversion, pretty please?
if you give me a hint on the keyword I will see if I can help. I found what I am fairly certain is the beginning and the end but I couldn't solve the middle puzzle for the keyword. i turned the double digits into a set of five instead of ten so I am assuming I am on the right track.
After discussing last year's Countdown with others, I discovered passcode redemption, when freebies are being publicized, is a known issue. It may have been better to not overlap to two. Something to consider for future decoding challenges, if there are to be any. I'm certainly enjoying this one. Hopefully, the server will clear up for next week's when the surge subsides. Thanks for the reply.
Wow, and with a decoding challenge and daily end-of-year passcodes, it's completely unforeseeable that you'd have increased load. /s
This has been an issue for ages. And when most of your social media messaging focuses on these daily passcodes and the weekly decoding challenges, it's like you want to EMPHASIZE how broken the system supporting these is.
I figured out the first and last puzzle codes, thanks for the Dreamer hint. But, I'm stuck on the middle puzzle, got all of the numbers and converted to what sounds like a word (Lunar Module?) but it doesn't seem to work. Any hints on the keyword or if it's not an A1Z26 cipher?

I am having such a hard time with the prefix. I can get 5 letters based on 5 pairs of 2 digits... am I on the right track here?
Pretty confident with my keyword and suffix.
You are right 😉

Thank you
I'd say 20+3 numbers is too many to make work for you in this instance as they stand
Right but i cant understand why there are only 1 blue number and 6 green for example ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Current mood: 🤯
🤣
LOGIC PUZZLES & MATH YES I’M HOME!!!
What the hell??? 🤣🤣🤣
First try and goal xD
Finally I was able to redeem the passcode, about 4:30 hours after having the right one 🙄
Thank you so much for the hints and thanks to the creator of the challenge!
Is there 5 letters from 5 pairs of numbers, but after the conversion gets 2 numbers and 3 letters. remember how dreamer
is the error in the third puzzle j or p? if so which one is the true error?

I think is P, enter the wrong P value to get J. Because J formed by mistake P

conversion like dreamer
When the sum of that row or column equals the value of that particular header.
so I am guessing the prefix is 4GR5S?
YES! I did it! Thanks so much for the final tip @RushdieRR
Congrats 🎉
Remember Dreamer.
Thank you to the puzzle master! I was so excited as soon as I saw the challenge this week. Definitely my favourite so far! Such pretty colours too :D

man did I tangle myself up with this one, overthinking aspects of it. thanks to @MoreDots and @Mernie9 for getting everything on track

To convert numbers to letters, there could be some options:

The first three chars (only) of your middle results need to be converted @Gambo1977 Definitely not an A1Z26 cipher at that point.
Solved it @tkh7 and @Randomizax, thanks for the hints.
the keyword does not have 7 letters
The method of Dreamer only works for one of the puzzles. For the other puzzle you need another method to convert numbers to the proper characters.
