I just ignored it and started applying what I knew about the last 2 passcodes for this challenge to the data set, it turned out that I just didn't know what that particular sort of thing was called, googling various sorts of descriptive terms for what I was trying to do led me to the name of the thing I was trying to do and it was easy enough from there, despite some snags regarding format
the lower right hint has actually been explained on the previous page, even mentioning the name so that we know what method the name uses to solve this challenge
i think that thing has multiple names. anyway you can muddle your way through if you kinda know what you want to do, even if you do not know what it is

Hmmm, I think I'm close. I've got all 16 numbers, and I think they are correct? Trying to figure out what else I can do with them... Should I just sing my ABC's and use that in relation with these numbers somehow?
EDIT: AHHH I think I got it! But I think the passcode servers are down right now because of the New Year stuff, aha
I had no time to solve this until now so I’m a bit late. I think I’ve got the correct code figured out but every time I have tried to redeem it (several times over the course of the last few hours) I just get “An unexpected error occurred.” on the Intel. Got no media. Are the servers currently just heated up? Or is there some sort of expiration date for the Passcodes?

I had little trouble completing all three of these challenges solely on mobile.

finding the differences between each words give the numbers but that about as far as I’ve gotten

Yeah, as usual, overthinking it. Passcode was redeemed, after about a week :) (okay, some festive days were in the way...)

you don't need to use any program to do any of it. you just need to find the right way to calculate the difference between each words.
the hint on the bottom left is just the keyword format , and for some people, the bottom right is a hint (not for me)
