The bar codes release me numbers like 7150750379789 or 04123149, I really don't know where to start with them, I don't know if they are the ones that should appear to me, it's all very confusing for my intelligence right now, and I can't find the key word not even dreaming, really trying to do this for the first time is something that is frustrating me a lot, I should have done other decoding events to be able to solve this now.
For those still stuck, I would suggest transcribing what you see and figure out what those numbers mean, relative to a barcode. The visual scan of the barcode is the elegant solution but transcribing the cipher and understanding what each piece means should be how you approach this initially.
I was so close last night..... But couldn't see what to do next..... Had a god night of sleep and looked at it again today, after 1 minute I solved it.... Should have gone to bed earlier last night :)
Same thing here but with an "i" after "e" - tried looking at all 8 patterns (blue 0/90/180/270 + green 0/90/180/270), but besides the one decrypted, only one comes up with the first 2 (a code and a character) and thereafter nothing. About to drop this if a media award is the only thing I'll get...
I've solved the barcode, leaving me with a jumble of 23 letters. I can see that all the letters for a 7-letter game-related word is in there, with no apparent rhyme or reason as to the positioning of which letters were used. I can pull out a second 6- or 8- letter word, leaving 10 or 8 useless letters. Which makes me suspect I've entirely got the wrong word (or two) that they're trying to throw at us.
Somebody previously posted in the thread that the format for the answer is: xxx#xxKEYWORD##xx so perhaps my 7-letter word is somehow supposed to be the end of the story for the barcode puzzle.
What then of the "xxx" and "#" characters? Are they entirely random and I'm just supposed to get lucky now? I'm used to having puzzles where there is a single defined answer, and all the clues are entirely given in the original puzzle itself, even if a little bit obfuscated. I'm feeling utterly blind and flummoxed here.

(Gee, why can I not post this to the forum with x.x.x but had to change it to n.n.n, when I'm quoting a previously posted text. Sigh, yay blind censorship)
Finally managed to get it done. Working out the keyword help the last bit slot in to place. Thanks to all that have given advice but not answers. Enjoyed the challenge 😁
Have keyword and what I think are the numbers (3 of them) with some random letters for the rest of the passcode. Without giving too much away - was there a trick to the random letters?
Believe I got the format right, but the 6 character keyword doesn't make sense, and does not scramble to any word. Last character in the entire format is a non-letter character, so I assume that symbolize ENTER.
You mean, the point where it feels like you're trying to teach an alien how to solve a Sudoku puzzle, or even WHAT a Sudoku puzzle IS, by only being to tell them "nope, you're wrong"?
I would say yes... But I just solved it. I was thinking too hard and had the wrong random letters.. ironically I had the right numbers.
Also I hate (edited to say not really hate.. more like love hate 😂) how this was staring at us in the face. The hints in here with the link to past decodes was useful.

Well 2 problems there I don’t know how to make codes, & I have a iPhone. I was asking for an explanation on what decoding involved.
i mean the lines look like either barcodes or binary to me but how in Baator would I decode that?
Ah, thank you! I got it with this hint. Thanks for the clues everyone.
though the suffix seems pretty specific.
So it does! I hadn't noticed. :-)
It's four. :-)
The more time passes, the more I am lost.

Finally about 6:30 am i figured it out after dealing with a migraine yesterday lol

I solved it but the media won’t play.
I tried with different barcode scanner but not able to scan it. Did now manually separate the barcode. As it is said there are 4 different sizes.
Most slim line is for me 1 and the widest is 4.
At the end I have
211222,112214,421112,122411,124112,122411,121241,241211,111242,134111,241112,112214,1421121
With the 128 Barcode I would have some results but not really which looks like a Passcode.
For 128B it looks like ewhthrkpone of course not working.
Not sure how to decode it correctly.

That's only half of the barcode
Same thing here but with an "i" after "e" - tried looking at all 8 patterns (blue 0/90/180/270 + green 0/90/180/270), but besides the one decrypted, only one comes up with the first 2 (a code and a character) and thereafter nothing. About to drop this if a media award is the only thing I'll get...
EDIT: And BTW, the 128 is 2^7 :-)
yes, the other faction has the second half. must work XF this time.

Huh, I solved the challenge this morning, but I don't appear on the refreshed Leaderboard - anyone else with this problem?
The passcode format was already posted in this thread (even on this page).
Same here. Solved on 2019-12-09 around 22:25 UTC.
I know, I have the right number of letters but I guess I'll have to try them sequentially. I'm pretty much where @0X00FF00 is.
Believe I got the format right, but the 6 character keyword doesn't make sense, and does not scramble to any word. Last character in the entire format is a non-letter character, so I assume that symbolize ENTER.
Google the keyword you have
You mean, the point where it feels like you're trying to teach an alien how to solve a Sudoku puzzle, or even WHAT a Sudoku puzzle IS, by only being to tell them "nope, you're wrong"?
Same here too. I've done at least 12-10 0:22 UTC. (9:22 +0900)
tried already - gives me info about stuff in Vietnam :-)
also tried with word scramblers and anagram solvers
the 6-char word could be interpreted as 2 digits and a char, but then the format is out the window
EDIT: googling the 2 digits and a char gives me the name of a database, but that doesn't work as the keyword either...

THANKS. was thinking too hard as well then read your comment, solved it 2min later :D
Done! Keep trying and don't give up! 😄
Thanks for the guide and hints in here.
GOT IT! :-)
The "movement" caused an extra letter, revealing the keyword.
