What is your take on a visually unique piece of art painted on a wall located inside a restaurant or a coffee shop? I have proved it exists by creating a photosphere but it keeps on getting rejected on the context of a "location representing a generic business" & "not meeting acceptance criteria". In my submission I also have attached clean descriptions on the title, description, photo, supporting photo, and supporting statements that emphasize the submission on the art. Shouldn't these visually unique wall arts be accepted if it can be clearly proven that they exist?
In comparison to Pokémon GO and Harry Potter: Wizards Unite, what do you think are the defining characteristics of Ingress? What sets the gameplay and experiences of Ingress apart and makes it special?
While it probably wouldn’t make Niantic a lot of money, would it be possible to in the future be able to purchase more missions for those who enjoy creating missions and banners once they run out of available mission slots?
Does it matter where a little free library is located, as long as it is not in one of the verboten places(private property, military bases, etc), or how it is anchored to its spot?
Are we still allowed to submit portals within 40m of private single family homes if they are public/communal spaces like clubhouses, trails, and parks? I feel the new guideline means to pay close attention to ensure that it is NOT on PRP but some think we can't submit anything at all within 40m. What's the correct interpretation?
Would Niantic ever consider periodic "upgrades" to nominations that are sitting in OPR seemingly forever, to help close the disparity between places getting reviewed in days and places taking several months? For example, once a week you could "upgrade" the status of your oldest 1-5% of nominations in the queue.
I love the mini-events, but good and original ideas seem to be running out. Has any thought been given to revisiting old events like Cassandra Neutralizer or Dark XM and giving agents a chance to score even higher tiers than were originally available?
In Prime, there are many problems with the missions.
The most important problem is the separation in missiones medals between Prime and redacted, so the mosaics are deformed in Prime (especially the faces).
Could you fix this problem? leaving the same distance (padding) that was in redacted between the missions medals.
One more on behalf of a friend: I've been seeing a lot of framed artwork indoors at restaurants and other businesses. One is of a dancer in a red flamenco-type dress that seems to get resubmitted often. I was told to reject these as they aren't permanent fixtures. My question is are framed artwork and other non-structural decor acceptable if they are art of some kind?
Is there a way to convince people that just because something loosely fits portal criteria or if something similar is a portal doesn't automatically guarantee that it has to become a portal?
My agent name and xm meter disappear during gameplay randomly and I have to open and close the menu several times to get them back. Can we have a backup option like a button to access our agent profile and stats in the menu?
Can the color of xm change to white or grey or something else that is lighter or more pastel so we can actually see it on the ground? It’s currently a little too dark.
This state has a strange problem with OPR, and I don’t know if it can be fixed or something that is happening elsewhere. Long story ahead but I need to put this into context. Faction bias/unmotivation to review is very real - I can go on vacation to Las Vegas, or Burbank, and get portals reviewed in 3 weeks. I can go home to Canada and get portals reviewed relatively fast too within about that same timeframe. But Colorado? Good luck if you get a portal reviewed in less than 100-200 days. I hit level 12 in late January or Early February and have done almost 12.5K reviews... around 6-7000 reviews ( which happened around mid to end June) I stopped seeing portals in this state and had to refresh the window several times before it started showing me portals again. I assumed then, that I had hit a limit for this state and everything I see now in-state is either an upgrade or a new submission. I probably guess there are a couple thousand reviews at least that are waiting for an agreement or review by members of the other faction. I probably see at most 3 out of every 10 portal submissions that are in-state. The out of state submissions seem to have a higher rate of “matches” or agreements as my agreements have finally gone up about 30% points since they began to populate my review pool.
sorry for the long story but I needed to explain what I think is happening and have heard rumblings that there isn’t enough OPR being done by the other teams, and various other players on this board from other places have considered it to be slave labor with little incentive to do it. For me, I want to make my communities more accessible wherever I play, especially for the disabled, so I keep chugging along even though finding portals to review can be frustrating at times.
a. ) can this problem be solved? Or are my inferences of hitting the in state limit wrong and there may be something else at play?
b.) is there a way for the OPR algorithm to maybe push out portal reviews to other areas that have a bigger pool of reviewers if they have been sitting in the OPR abyss for an extended period of time? I shouldn’t have to rely on the upgrade lottery to get any of my submissions considered for review.
Will the MU calculations ever be updated? The County I live in has been the fastest growing in the nation for the past several years yet the MU only seems to be centered around the oldest parts of town.
If OPR has a shortage of reviewers, can't existing OPR agents in good standing nominate other people who will follow the guideline if Niantic is that concerned about their Point of Interest database? I feel that can be a safe check to ensure bad reviewers are prevented from influencing the way OPR candidates are being judged.
Hello Andrew! Good night from Peru :D. Since we have more medias now with new Prime Lore and IFS Artwork Competition, has the idea of having a Media Locker become stronger? Thanks
Can Caribbean Nation nominations be added to North America's review pool? Right now we only get Puerto Rico in the United States. We are close enough to Bahamas and Jamaica and the rest to be helpful to them as well.
I'm not good at English, so I used Google translation of sentences adjusted for translation.
Recent Prime development speed reminds me of the excitement when the iOS version of ingress was released.
That's fine, but I want the deployment focus movement to be clockwise. Wouldn't you stop the inconsistent movement that is the reverse of the upgrade?
Also, don't move the focus if you select another slot while waiting for a deployment response. I sometimes want to deploy in a cross shape.
Finally, with future updates, the store medal bundle wants to receive medals and items separately. I want items to be received as capsules (item count is 1) that will be lost when opened.

Bonus question: What does Niantic think?
are the ingress agents funding something unprofitable?
i mean back then everything was free so i've heard.
get back with google
the Google days
Is Niantic aware of the earnings per POI in each of its 3 games and what is the correlation between POIs and earnings? It's a yes/no question.
Hello Andrew. Question about portal criteria :
Are bars and pubs valid candidates?
Also, gyms that offer different fitness courses, but are a private business?
last but not last, what about authorized murals on the shop’s shutters?
thanks for your time.

Speaking of feature parity in Prime, is Niantic aware of the selected reso level not resetting to the level selected after deploying?
This was present in Redacted which allowed us to comfortably deploy R8s constantly on neutral portals.

Why was the mod location in the inventory for turrets & force amps reset to a **** location?
Why did Niantic think separation of bursters & ultrastrikes was a good idea in the inventory management screen?
Is there a way to convince people that just because something loosely fits portal criteria or if something similar is a portal doesn't automatically guarantee that it has to become a portal?
The recent Avenir Shards success bonus involves a 50% bonus to ADA and Jarvis drop rates.
What is the actual drop rate / chance? "50% more" than an unknown quantity is still unknown.
Is Niantic going to further investigate the ITCT situation?
I have three questions:

Why was the mod location in the inventory for turrets & to force amps changed to a less convenient spot?
Am glad that Redacted has died. But yet feature parity hasn't happened.
What is something that Redacted had, that Prime does not, or does not do very well that you would like to see?
I second this question.
Will the MU calculations ever be updated? The County I live in has been the fastest growing in the nation for the past several years yet the MU only seems to be centered around the oldest parts of town.

By the way, Andrew, do you have the link of Josh Stock's AMA list? If you don't have, here is the link.
The in app purchases have skyrocketing prices for things that cost half of what they did before.
Other games have a free method for gaining in game currency, but yet Ingress still does not have this.
If it were solely up to you, would you have this miniscule CM be attained by your current Sojourner streak?
Would you back date it, for those of us that are over 1,670 days?
Can Caribbean Nation nominations be added to North America's review pool? Right now we only get Puerto Rico in the United States. We are close enough to Bahamas and Jamaica and the rest to be helpful to them as well.

What do you think about these?
Speaking of Sojourner, can you please gives a progress report into your Sojourner, road to Onyx Sojourner?
