Hi, does anybody know if the scout controller status on a portal will stay forever or will return to a "to be claimed,"-status again after a certain amount of days? Means that you can get the scout controller unique more than one time per portal.

The title of Scout Controller for a given portal will reset every 30 days (or after 30 days, not sure).
But once you have gained it once, you will never gain it again as a unique point from that portal for the badge. You can have the control of that portal again but it won't increment the unique counter.

It doesn't reset and it is unique, so you can appear as the controller again but it won't count towards the controller medal more than once.
