Above points needed to level up

I need 1,200,000 points to reach level nine, I have 1,592,537 points, almost 300,000 over what is needed. Can you please correct my correct level

    Watch your medals requirements to level up, since level 9 you need medals, not only AP.

    Anything above level 8 has a medals requirement. You need 1 gold and 4 silver medals along with the 2.4 million AP.

    As the Agent is now above level 8, we are assuming this issue is resolved and they got the medals needed to progress.
