Report Inappropriate Gameplay - Multiaccounts
Since I can't report a player using the traditional method, I'll try it here.
I would like to report a player who we have tried talking to in person and via Messenger. We had pointed out to him several times that he should not play with multiple accounts. Instead, he keeps creating more and more and that's why we would like to report this player. Even though he's been around for a long time, he doesn't understand how the game works or doesn't want to show any insight. We also pointed out to him that we would report him if he did not allow multi-accounting. He was observed on-site portals being heavily occupied with at least 5-6 accounts. I have attached photos of the portals that he repeatedly uses with his multiple accounts.

Niantic will not respond to cheating reports posted on the forum.
Why are you unable to report it in-app or on the support site?
