Scalping is a normal if unsavory practice, in most collectibles arenas. The way the sets were presented generated an exclusiveness to it, and if there's one thing America loves, it's paying for exclusivity.
Here's a question, why not open the orders for a week and make the packets based on the demand instead of doing short runs of packets and not announcing when they go on sale? I've been trying to spend $50-$100 on this for over 2 weeks now. Its ridiculous to have to put this much effort into parting with my money!
