The portal is the "Faro Verde molo nord di Ortona" , It is
more dangerous go in place.
And it is in a limited area.

what makes it dangerous? criteria says not all portals are meant for everyone to able access it doesnt make it invalid portal. crossing the street is also dangerous.
There's a pedestrian walkway all the way to the lighthouse.
So, not dangerous at all, as long as you pay attention to weather conditions.
If you think one portal dont have pedestrian access you can report it from the app, this is not the place to do it.
