Are Field Trip Waypoints Allowed in Mission Day Missions?

As the title asks. I'm helping plan a Mission Day and I can fill the missions with portals but many of them would be low quality. There are several high quality Field Trip waypoints in very close proximity to my missions that fit the theme very well.

Nowhere in the new MD guidelines does it say you cannot use Field Trip waypoints, but I don't want to waste my time (and my communities) if the MD will be rejected just because I used Field Trip waypoints.

    You can use Fieldtrip way points. At least we use one for this sunday in Berlin.

    The only thing is they can't be the start portal.

    Recent Miami MD had Fieldtrip waypoints in multiple missions. As mentioned by AEC, they can't be the start point.
