Truthseekers: This global Tessera drop will be available soon. We should then learn about Perpetua's agenda during the Hexathlon. Let's keep an eye out for it.

UPDATE:

There have been reports of interference within the scanner, and I made a request to the Tethered Hand to postpone the drop.

UPDATE:

The interference has ceased. We should expect the Tessera to appear in abouts 10 minutes.
