Truthseeker: We have several Live Drops coming in by the end of February. This Tessera will be in one of the Perpetua Hexathlon cities in the Eastern Hemisphere. I'm just going to leave it at that for now. Stay tuned.

UPDATE: New tip from the Tethered Hand, the passphrase to engage with the Vessel would be available in one of the media that will be dropped today.
UPDATE: This Live Drop will be 2 points. Dropped at 15:30 local time.
UPDATE: The Tethered Hand has RPE-ed a key person-of-interest that has been involved with Ingress for a long time. It appears the Vessel has been already been found by one faction. Congratulations to the onsite Agents. We are now in decoding mode.

@tad71 Usually when they say today, it is within a few hours, but the Tethered Hand might be having second guesses right now. I will come back and give everyone an update when the new media is for sure dropping.
