Are there two badges to be earned here? One a Perpetua badge and two, an elite or regular Hexathlon badge?
can we propose the NL1331x van?
I think as I understand it, you get the regular badge at the end of the event after completing everything, but if you place in Top 10 on the board you get the elite badge instead OR it will replace the regular one.
I think Niantic updated this. There is only one badge now with regular and elite tiers.
