UPDATE:
Truthseekers, congratulations on discovering this Tessera! The verification should be processed in a couple of days. I believe the clue for it was dropped along with the Trickster Tessera. This is probably the different clue delivery mechanism the Tethered Hand mentioned. We can expect more clues to surface this way.
