Some new leads just appeared on https://www.januslaboratorium.com/, Truthseekers.
The Tethered Hand's change of clue delivery methods certainly seems to have slowed us down. Could it be because Nemesis wasn't able to win any points in Round 3? This reminds me of the "even the scale" theory from the most recent Enemy Mine update...
It might be another red herring, but nothing is what it seems lately.

@BGraca and @ImBack4U Thank you for sharing. The top square image may very well have been the clue that lead the Agents to finding the Retribution Tessera!
Now that I reach level 2 I can submit the photos :)
To reach it I took almost one hour to get car park, this is a very busy turist zone. After that I spend 14€ to enter on the Palacio da Pena National Park, yes 14€...
But it worth it :) ENL
