Truthseekers: I've just received reports of interference within the scanner. Please hold back from Tesserae discovery until further notice!
The interference has passed, and this Tessera should now be available! The NIA has decided to handle this the same way they did the last time this problem occurred: Discoverer Status will be granted to the first three members of each Faction who hacked the Portal during the interference window, and the first three members of each Faction who make verified posts in this forum thread. Truthseekers, in light of the interference, we are handling certain Tessera from Round 3 differently from ordinary. We will be awarding Discoverer Status for the first three people from each Faction who Hacked this Portal during the interference period, and the first three people from each Faction who posted in the forum.
In this case, @Shuusui was both the first Agent to Hack the Portal during the interference period AND the first person to post in the forum, so only 1 First Discoverer point will be awarded for this Tessera, to the Resistance.
