Truthseekers: I've just received reports of interference within the scanner. Please hold back from Tesserae discovery until further notice!
The interference has passed, and this Tessera should now be available! The NIA has decided to handle this the same way they did the last time this problem occurred: Discoverer Status will be granted to the first three members of each Faction who hacked the Portal during the interference window, and the first three members of each Faction who make verified posts in this forum thread. Thanks @Sjarlotte for bringing this to my attention. I tried to respond several times and kept coming back to this transmission, but the truth is, I'm not sure how I should feel about it. Maybe... it's time for a reunion. The question is how...
Truthseekers, in light of the interference, we are handling certain Tesserae from Round 3 differently. We will be awarding Discoverer Status for the first three people from each Faction who Hacked this Portal during the interference period, and the first three people from each Faction who posted in the forum.
