Truthseekers: I've just received reports of interference within the scanner. Please hold back from Tesserae discovery until further notice!
The interference has passed, and this Tessera should now be available! The NIA has decided to handle this the same way they did the last time this problem occurred: Discoverer Status will be granted to the first three members of each Faction who hacked the Portal during the interference window, and the first three members of each Faction who make verified posts in this forum thread. Will First Discoverer status also be assigned using a combination of the hacks during the interference period and correct community thread posts? Will this be similar to how it was handled during Round 1?

There are still 4 tesserae whose discoverers haven't been verified, and it's now November 17th, 16:30 UTC. That's less than 10 hours before the deadline for predictions expires.
