I didn't receive badge from last anomaly.

Hi. I participated on last anomaly in Antwerp, but didn't got anomaly badge. I get free ticket, then I tried to change it for paid through support, but it was not happen due misunderstanding with support. Who can help me in this situation? I can provide proofs of my participating in the anomaly and screenshots with my conversation with support.

    not sure if u are eligable for a badge since u didnt upgrade it in time? only niantic support can answer this so try create a ticket ?
