been to 4 NL1331 events, have only 1 point, how do i fix this?

I have now been to 4 NL1331 events, but still have only 1 point on the badge.

How do I correct this?

I have tried submitting support tickets, but hear only crickets.

Now that they're charging money for things, I feel they really need to step up their customer support game.

What is the best way to get their attention?

I have the same issue, reported through scanner and followed up and was told they are working on it but its been a year, I have Instagram posts and hashtags showing I was there and still no responces, what does it take?

weird ok, have u actually hacked the NL portal at place when events happend? u need to make a support ticket and provide them all info they could need etc... good luck!
