Could Niantic please at least acknowledge the problems during Umbra anomaly?
Umbra was the first Prime-only anomaly, as well as the first one with paid tickets. Problems during Field Test raised concerns among players. Niantic knew they'd face heavy criticism if things went wrong.
And they did go wrong: for at least the first hour in Europe, it was totally unplayable for most players. Not just the usual anomaly lag we experienced in previous series : I mean no action working at all.
Yet, four days later, no one from Niantic has publicly commented on this matter, as if nothing noteworthy happened, business as usual.
Can we please get, on this forum or elsewhere, a public statement from Niantic addressing this?

Why would Niantic care? They got their sweet sweet cash.
My team and I could barely play during the last half of Brooklyn we spent more time being unable to interact with the game for one reason or another than being able to play. Made trying to get UPH difficult, frustrating, not fun and worrying.
Niantic really dropped the ball, again
That merits a "ha-ha" button. Just take my like vote and be content.
I have heard anything from Niantic since before the weekend.
You can request a refund now! :-)
Check the new post. They aknowledged the problem and compensate the Agents.
Restricted compensation.
Only if you have a fully paid ticket u can get compensated.
If you had a (paid) Promo code or free ticket u don't exist. 😜
If you didn't pay, why should you be "compensated"?
That discussion is open to debate, my personal opinion ofcourse you can't get back money as you "did not have paid" for the ticket directly.
Still you did go to the site with promo or free ticket, experienced the same problems as the fully paid participants, Niantic could at least acknowledge those players too with some CMU (let's say 5000~10.000 or something).
