Although, this is actually xfac, more specifically (fac vs fac) vs Nemesis. In the end, we are competing with one another, but ultimately we are both aiding one another to overcome and uncover the identity of Nemesis so it is also a xfac event.
I agree (even though I just transmitted to everyone where the coin puzzle is from). Anyone ENL have a decoding group I can join?
Bigger fish to fry than faction right now. Nemeses > small MU gains/losses in local game.

from what I understand, we indeed need both the factions to solve all the pieces, the faction that finds it first will get points as well. from my point of view, your own faction should come first, after having found it, we should indeed xfac against nemesis, so they dont get points
The rules say:
For each Tessera thread, the NIA will identify the first three verified Enlightened posters, and the first three verified Resistance posters, which we’ll be referring to moving forward as Discoverers. These 6 Agents will have earned the right to make a single guess as to the placement of that Tessera.
So from that i would think that this part isnt realy a competition between factions.
@Apor there will be a vote for which of the 3 options per Faction are taken forward then each Faction separately makes a nomination (first come, first served, no overlaps). Whichever is correct scores for that Faction.
As such, there is a Faction vs Faction element to this just that the loss condition is helping Nemesis
The first one to post gets 1 point, and with deaddrops 5 points. Then whatever faction gets it right gets 1 point, or 2 for nemesis if nobody had it right.
Both factions indeed get 3 options to vote on, winner of votes is the factions chance. Unless deaddrop, then each get 1 chance, starting with the dicoverer

It seems @Truthseeker hseeker posted VERIFY comment to wrong thread. But I'll quote this and post the prediction.
My prediction for this is D08.
Reasons:
1) It seems some horizontal-linked tesseras belongs to the one of Nemesis member. Ex: B05 & B06 -> Myriad / C07-C09 -> Aurora / D06, D07 and D09 -> Avenir / E07-E09 -> Helvetica
2) It seems some vertical-linked tesseras has belongs to same type. Ex: B06, C07, D06, E07 -> NIA Anomaly Report (Event Result) / C09, D09, E09, F08 -> Nemesis Taunt / Ultimatum
E08 "Collect Artifacts" is a countermeasures announcement by the NIA. And well as this Tessera. If this will be placed in D08, both guesses are matched.
Truthseekers, I have posted here some updates regarding the difficulties some Agents had during this first round of Tesserae discovery. This explains why there are more Discoverers for this Tessera than there would be ordinarily.

I will specify D04. because,

Another reason is that D08 is not sexy.
Aside from the joke,Hank rides on Avenir's axis. And there is no Magnus to the right of 06.

Hello agents. I post as third predictor for this Tessera.
I think N05 is in the right position.
In the 05 column, a person's medal is placed, and the asset is also composed of Transmissions from that person.
This is a very common point. However, I didn't understand what was common to the lines.
If a line can be predicted, it should be a line with some information, so it seems that Tessera already exists, either E, F, or N.
Finally, I chose N for the feeling. N is an Initial for NOMAD.(NOMAD is Hank's nickname😎)

I heard a rumor that a link showing the correct position was temporarily released.
If this is true, the prediction phase will be boring as a game, so we expect a nice arrangement from @Truthseeker and NIA.
