Earlier on the morning of June 5th 2019 Pac Prime posted this image in Investigate Ingress's reddit thread along with another post expression concern for Hank.
Investigations of course went to work on this, quickly identifying key words in the jumbled text saying What Happened to Hank Prime? Which N did it? Along with finding passcodes and then a youtube link which showed us exactly what happened to Hank Prime.

Unknown: We just needed your location.
Unknown: Its done. Hank Johnson prime is dead.
Like all of Nemesis **** videos there was a stream of Nemesis glyphs and passcodes throughout the video. Thanks to BumpFuzzies and Yuto in Operation Essex, we were not only able to get a picture of each Nemesis glyph word but also their order. And with the help of multiple Essex Agents, we promptly had a translation for each glyph, At first it looks like yoda is talking to us but if you reorganize the glyphs in the windows they appear on the building you get the taunting message Nemesis has been known to put in these videos.
Next Destination CH is interesting as it pops up at the end of the video. There is speculation from Essex Agents that CH could be pointing to Switzerland. We will see soon i believe as Nemesis doesnt seem to be slowing down. Sadly, Hank Prime has now joined the other researchers, sharded and waiting to be recursed.

Passcodes were not shared in this post as i encourage everyone to check the video and try to find them! This post was made with the large contribution of the Essex Telegram Chat. Without the amazing agents dedicated to investigations there, we would not have gotten this information so quickly.

"Destination CH" might point to CERN, where the Recursion Chamber is supposed to be. Given that for the Darsana- and Abaddon-Series Hank's simulacrum was made of resistance modulated XM changing his faction allegiance.
This could suggest him returning to a "pure xm" simulacrum, removing his faction-allegiance again. I wonder what Jahan is going to think once she meets his new incarnantion.
Also, is Hank going to be able to re-use the recursion artifacts to recover the memories lost in this forced recursion?
I was growing rather fond of the cute, young, Hank Prime. I'm not ready to let him go.
I find it interesting that CH: Confoederatio Helvetica (Swiss Confirmation; Switzerland), as @YutoRaion pointed out in the Lycaeum chat(ja) , also includes the font name Helvetica.
What is the symbol on the helmet of the guy at the very end?

The symbol belongs to Nemesis, who killed Hank as well as Enoch, Carrie, Lightman and Oliver Lynton Wolfe.
