We wanted to address your questions about exchanging Anomaly tickets. We are currently only able to do the following:

• Change from an Onsite Activation (Free) ticket to an Onsite Activation (Paid) ticket. This will require you to purchase the Onsite Activation (Paid) ticket.  
• Change from an Offsite Activation (Paid) ticket to an Onsite Activation (Paid) ticket. Changing an Offsite ticket to an Onsite ticket will generate a promo code to be used to redeem your Onsite ticket for the same location as the original Offsite ticket. You will also receive two friend Onsite invite promo codes for the city you will be attending once you change your ticket. 

The deadline to submit a ticket change request is Wednesday, October 9th, 2019 @ 1700 UTC.
