The Aurora Puzzle Final Outcome

A little over 24hrs ago, a media dropped in the scanner, leading us to a website called https://www.januslaboratorium.com/707572706c65 . This site is better seen on a computer or laptop vs your phone. Agents were quick to jump in and understand what this site was and found that it was a series of puzzles they needed to solve to form a final image.
The puzzles available to see right away are the light up Nemesis runes in the center of the page and they have clues to some of them when you put your finger or cursor over them. Where to start is indicated at the bottom of the page where it states “ Welcome to my centered square. Begin wherever you may.” May being underlined points you in the direction that you need to start at the Nemesis Rune that represents May. There are 12 Runes on the home screen that all represent a puzzle and month so counting from the top you can count down to the “E” rune and enter the passphrase May when prompted. This opens up “E” or Mays puzzle and starts your journey into the puzzles.
We have a spread sheet that shows all the puzzles, codes, and translations acquired to get the final image. It is only view-able but you have questions feel free to ask. Aurora Media Puzzle spreadsheet. Thank you to Agent Jordy that put the spreadsheet together for us!
Some quick things and tips before we show you the final image.
The spreadsheet obviously does not show the amount of work agents had to go through in order to solve these puzzles but it took a lot of great minds working together to get this done so quickly. Many of the passwords are case sensitive and some are in different languages. This was a large part of why the investigations communities are amazing because we had people coming in to help from many different backgrounds that could contribute to these puzzles and without them it would be much harder to do by yourself. The order the puzzles were solved in were May, Jan, Feb, March, Apr, June, July, Sol, August, Sept, Oct, Nov, December.
Results
We actually a few results from these puzzles. Some gave passcodes while others gave us things like a more complete Nemesis Runes alphabet with punctuation, and letters.
Thank you Miketrevis and N.O.I.R team for making this easy to read chart for everyone!
The final result were these last words from Aurora and last piece to the final image below of Nemesis being surrounded by many keys, likely representing a Magnus.
My part is done, yet yours has just begun. There is one key to every condemned. Heed the warnings before meeting your end.
It is possible there are still things to find in these puzzles but Investigators did an amazing job of solving these as quickly as they did. We are still trying to find the meaning behind this image and what it is representing. Though some of it seems obvious, we have learned with Nemesis, its always not straight forward.
Again thank you to all the agents that helped!!! You did amazing work!

Around 5:30PM (CEST), I got home from an Ops and read there was a new media dropping. Quickly hacked the nearest portal to see what the fuzz was all about. It lead to this wierd website, containing a message from Aurora. Right, this is going to be interesting. I still needed dinner, but fortunately, something out of the oven was on the menu, so, I just let that do what it's supposed to and get on it. Through Operation:Essex, we tried to crack open these codes and see what Aurora had in store from us. The Google Doc was made, so that we could easily refer to anything that any of us found a lead or clue. We started out rather slow, trying to figure out what was expected of us, but once we got the general idea, things speeded up. or so it felt..
Dinner was done, a hot plate was standing next to me, but that plate became colder and colder, to the point it was too cold to eat. When we solved the 9th puzzle, it was around 11PM. I Reheated my dinner, this time to actually eat it, and went back to codecracking and puzzling. Determined to see this through to the end before bed. Unfortunately, this was not the case. We hit a wall that was not easily taken down. at 2AM, it felt as if we didn't even dent the wall. Lots of options were tried, with no success. I gave up for now. On 1 side, hoping the "nightcrew" would solve this, on the other, hoping the didn't, so that I would be there at the end.
The next morning, to my surprise, only one more puzzle was solved. the 10th puzzle was cracked open around 5:30AM and now we were working on puzzle 11. We allready found out there would be 13 puzzles, so close to the end. I quickly did some backlogging to see where we stood and dived right back in. This one, again, was hard to crack, but around 10:50AM, the passcode was found and it was on to the next. Only 2 left, almost at the end. The last 2 puzzles were solved relatively quick and around 11:40AM, we got a fancy message from Aurora saying;
My part is done, yet yours has just begun. There is one key to every condemned. Heed the warnings before meeting your end.

During the process, we found pieces of the bigger picture, that we put together along the way, eventually showing the picture with **** at the bottom, and that is where we are now.
This was some great group effort, I really enjoyed being part of it. Special thanks to everyone who helped out and made these hours a great experience!
Can I get an access to that spread? this might help me a lot
