Western & Northern Wisconsin Border and Michigan Upper Peninsula Resistance

I am helping Resistance agents along the western and northern borders of Wisconsin, Wisconsin agents toward the interior of Wisconsin from the northern and western borders, and Michigan Upper Peninsula agents to network via an umbrella chat room and several city-/town-level chat rooms. As a part of this effort I want to make sure the needs of smurflings in these areas, especially remote areas, are met by connecting these agents with others.
