Hackstreak notification reminder outside of a day

Issue: Hackstreak/Sojourner reminder notifications have been set to to 25 hours from your last Hack.

This is not correct, as there are only 24 hours in a day.

To give players ample warning about their Hackstreak/Sojourner, this notification must not be more than 23 hours from your last hack.

    It's not even true. I'd already hacked several times during the day when the last one of these notifications arrived.
