Trying to overclock while a portal is on cooldown sometimes freezes the game

Trying to overclock a portal while it is on hack cooldown sometimes deactivates the touch screen: it gives the usual pop-up (Portal running hot. Cooldown in Xs) but it is impossible to rotate the view or click on anything in general. It's only the touch screen though, you can see the animations and the feed move.
In my experience, it's often when the cooldown is nearly ending (less than 5 seconds left), but its not limited to it. If you spam the Overclock button while a portal is on cooldown, you're almost guaranteed to trigger it. When it happens, restarting the app fixes it.
