Native Refresh Rate is toggled off after uploading a scan

Reproduction steps:

  1. Turn on Native Refresh Rate
  2. Upload a Portal Scan now.
  3. Native Refresh Rate is toggled off until you turn it back on.

To clarify: the performance after the upload is like the toggle is turned off. The toggle in the settings remains on. The only workarounds to go back to high refresh rate performance are to turn off and on the toggle in the settings or restart the app.
