NL1331 hacked in Macau but no medal so far

hi team,

could you help to check why my NL1331 medal are not pushed to my profile. I have attend the event in Macau on March and receive the mission day/ocf medal, just missing the NL1331 one.

Records show that +1 to NL-1331 Meetups medal was assigned. Player has 2 ticks to this medal (April 2020, March 2024). Please check your Scanner for your NL-1331 Meetups medal to confirm. Please note that because the medal is not yet at the next tier, it is still lower in your profile.
