[2.137.1] Bug report flow in scanner points towards forum

In the announcement of the forum closure, it is mentioned that bugs should now be reported via the in-game helpchat. At the moment however, both the "REPORT PROBLEM" button and the helpchat itself point towards the forums.

I know this was just announced, but an update to these two will be much appreciated before the forum goes into read-only mode, otherwise agents don't have any avenue to report bugs.

As mentioned in the forum closure announcement, there is a lot to do in the upcoming 3 weeks and this is one of them. The forum is not yet closed and as such, is not a bug.
