Hackstreak notifications
It is reported that some people have already begun to receive notifications to remind them about their Hackstreak and Sojourner Hacks.
Seems the roll put of this feature worldwide is happening today.
Myself, I have not received any such notifications, but perhaps this is a staged rollout.

754 days sojo(interrupted so not planning to continue). Also onyx*2 epoch(122). Got notification when opened game and moved drone.
So no,onyx can have notifications.
What is the point in reminding me to do my sojourner hack in the early hours of the morning?
My sojourner doesn't tick over until late in the day.
Surely it would be better to get the notification 1 hour before your Sojourner ticks over?
Its a pretty poor attempt at whatever they wanted it to be. Remind me early AM that I need to keep on hacking? I disabled that waste of dev time after my first warning at far too early in the morning.
If you have some free dev time, can you fix any of the myriad of problems posted over in the bugs section? or maybe actually give us some QoL features that we did ask for?
A reminder for Sojourner and Epoch is a QoL feature many players asked for.
The dev team are fixing bugs, not all bugs are immediately obvious to us
It's a cheap way to keep players engaged. Remind them daily to play. It's their attempt at maintaining a player base.
It's a low hanging fruit QoL feature many have requested.
Seeing as it is easily disabled, it isn't too bad.
My daily reminders have been 2 separate alarms. So this feature adds little, but I personally know of others that will appreciate the feature.
Got it now for the first time, its 10:18 and i usually hack for tick over sojourner around 16:00 so this makes no sense to me....
I would think that they randomly coded it to send out a reminder between xx and xx times. If they had to check to see when everyone's hack streaks are, before sending out the notifications, that would likely be quite a few calls to check that for each agent. Since it sends the calls out to agents who's clients are closed, what is the reach for how long an account hasn't been logged into getting that alert?
