The portal URL hyperlink in the Ingress Damage Report e-mails no longer works

Use the red-outlined hyperlink in the following screenshot as an example:

This hyperlink points to the <https://www.ingress.com/intel?ll=24.135996,120.685369&pll=24.135996,120.685369&z=19> URL, however, this URL currently shows the 404 Not found error page on the website:

It should rather redirect to the current intel website page <https://intel.ingress.com/intel?ll=24.135996%2C120.685369&pll=24.135996%2C120.685369&z=19>.

Browser: Mozilla Firefox 123.0
