C.O.R.E. Didn’t receive it after paying

I paid for C.O.R.E. on the iOS client. The time is March 10, 2024 (GMT+8) 13:28
The amount was deducted from my bank card and both the Appstore and the bank sent me a receipt.
But my C.O.R.E. has not been received until now.
I have submitted a work order in the game and sent the receipt receipt number to customer service, but I have not received any response for more than 24 hours.
I would like some help.

I've tried logging out of the game account and logging in again, but to no avail.
I hope you get some relief here. A local player had the same issue with purchasing CORE on iOS and never actually received the service, and eventually had to give up and issue a chargeback after 2 months of no help.

This sounds terrible. I am preparing for the Anomaly in Macau this Saturday. I need these 500 spaces now. 😓
