Free Faction change not offered (End of Tutorial and 40,000 AP)

Hi,

I haven't received the free Faction choice as a new player. Started at Lvl 1 on Prime and began turtorial with the default Blue. Tutorial bugged out and ended up needing to cancel the Training and couldn't restart it. As such I've not had the End of Tutorial option to choose a faction I expected to see.

I then levelled to lvl 4, over 40,000 AP, expecting to get the prompt for a consequence free faction change. The offer to swap faction has not happened.

I don't want to lose all progress but want a Faction swap to Green. How can I arrange for this, please?

Sony Xperio (XQ-AT51) on Android 12, above is true for Wi-fi and 4/5G connections.

Correct me if i'm wrong,player at L4 can recurse?:)

As i understand that case,it's beginner account. I think that should be solved via support with "account maitenance -> request faction change" but this will remove all AP to zero(anyway,LVL4 isn't to hard to be taken). From the other side,there is a field "describe your problem" in that support form,so i'd posted link to this topic and probably described what happened.

Another idea: go to settings,find "Agent primer / additional resources", press view and restart training.

And another: try to contact support via settings - report a problem.

I don't see a recurse button so thats not available, I tried the Training Restart and thats marked as "Not Available" when clicked. Tried the Contact Support in app and on Support web (same site in both cases) and although there is a section to give details of the issues it's just a Bot with a "Confirm 0AP Faction change request" trigger on it.

As I'm only lvl 4 (though with pre 2017 ish stats when I first tried Ingress) I've bitten the bullet and requested a 0AP Faction change and I'll start again as 0 but as a Greenie with friends

u need contact support khatre by now should know recurse only works when u reach lvl 16

Tried everything suggested and more, every channel. Even change faction request not worked. Might as well delete account and start from scratch with the support given :(
