Player Age Requirements - Win Trading - Playing for Green with a Blue Account - How to report this?

So I asked this question some time ago and the response on the win trading question was pretty much - "eh, nothing you can do about that..."

https://community.ingress.com/en/discussion/21049/ingress-tos-playing-as-the-opposite-faction-in-order-to-assist-the-other-team#latest

I did neglect to mention that the agent with the blue account who was helping out the green team by taking down green blockers for her parents was three-years-old.

Which came up in another discussion today. It is against the TOS for agents under the age of 13 to actually play Ingress.

I know there are a lot of agents who regularly ignore this rule and it's not at all inforced, but I thought it might be interesting to revisit the discussion.

What recourse is there when a group of local agents claims their three-year-old wanted to play for the other team so they let her and they then start using her to clear for them and win trade with her?

Also - the father in this lovely family has been caught on multiple occasions alone in his vehicle seconds after other members of his family deployed on portals with him. So there's also a great degree of likelihood that the three-year-old isn't really playing, the dad is.

Three year old can't even form a complete sentence much less hold a phone without dropping it. I can't believe someone would even suggest that with a straight face

I've seen worse. But yes it's against the rules. You can report but I think we all know nothing will come of it. I've caught people multi accounting and they said I was wrong. So I just call them the invisible players. There are a lot of invisible players out there. It's not their fault we can't see them.

Multiaccounting/accsharing is quite too difficult to be resulted. Sad but true. The same about age (Nia can't see who's holding phone). Even using account with almost the same nickname (eg <<green"Agentname">> or <<blue"Agentname">>) is not uaually a case to Nia.
