Game Play: Some links are not visible on the scanner.

I am facing this issue daily. I am attaching two images - one of scanner and another of Intel Map to compare. Newly joined players are getting confused by this a lot. Need a faster resolution. This problem is not only for my device but also for other agents in the area.
If I restart the game different links become invisible.
