I am facing this issue daily. I am attaching two images - one of scanner and another of Intel Map to compare. Newly joined players are getting confused by this a lot. Need a faster resolution. This problem is not only for my device but also for other agents in the area.

I see that as well occasionally. Sometimes going to drone view and back seem to "refresh" it and show the links.
The game has been real buggy since they switched everyone over to Prime. You just kinda get use to it.
Not for us.
