Can't login to my account
in Report a Bug
When other agents tap into my profile, it says agent no longer in system. However, I can enter Wayfarer and do portal reviews. I have not received an email from Niantic 15 hours after this problem occurred. I have created tickets but have received no response.
If this is a ban, usually there would be an email within one hour and the Wayfarer function would also be disabled. I am not sure what is happening here.

Best to raise an in game ticket
Here You can send a ban appeal. First message (via email) will be automated and second will clarify is it a permaban or suspension. You also can reply to second message with explanation (eg copy this topic and even link).
Lucas has contacted me and told me that my ticket was not dealt with because I didn't give a codename, but I am pretty sure I have typed in a correct codename. Now, after 11 hours of me providing the codename, there has still been no response. I now
suspect deliberate procrastination of reviewing my ticket, since usually response is not that slow.
Wayfarer still works perfectly fine
After putting some pressure here, at least I have got a response that I have violated ToS, and it seems that they are not going to send any emails indicating what categories of offence I have committed, as well as the length of the ban.
I suspect I have violated something that is not in their email template but in the ToS. But it seems very arbitrary for me. It is up to them to interpret the terms as they like and ban anyone without explanation for whatever period of time.

I don't know all the templates available to them, but plenty of people who play around you would agree with your suspicion that you violated something(s) in the ToS. So maybe stop all that rather than being surprised when your accounts get banned again ?
Okay,it's suspension (strike level two).Usually it lasts approximately 30 days.Can be given for spoofing (eg too fast movement) or mulli-account game. Now i'd recommend to wait 30 days from the time when account became "removed from the system" and after that time - contact "account review" again,but in response to second email (in Your screenshot it's Johannes) write about "30 days have passed,and second strike lasts approximately 30 days". It's written in "Three strikes policy".
This is not a bug because account is not terminated so why wayfarer should be disabled...Also ingame (web version) support can not help with cases like that,but still can work with other cases,also ingame push alerts will work. And yes there are cases when email about suspension is lost (but usually it's lost if account is terminated).
But there is a bug with that state,ingress should give You login message about account suspension or termination - but it doesn't (forever-loading or "access denied" or "unable to load account data" is not the answer).
And Niantic usually won't tell "what exactly was violated".
The problem is I don't know what all that is, so how can I stop all that? Everyone can be banned from start without reasons. Niantic doesn't let people to learn from mistakes. This is the saddest thing of playing this game. If I have to learn all that, sadly, the only way is to keep experiencing suspensions, and deduce the similarities between the bans, which then is against their original goal of minimizing inappropriate behaviours.

As Galaktus explains, as he quoted from the local vanguard, this means anything can be deemed as cheating, as the community defines, even if it is beyond the Terms of Service. That means if one day the community finds that playing ingress with two fingers is cheating, the player can be banned from a photo evidence of playing it with two fingers.
It sounds like Communist laws in China where I am from, doesn't it? The British Ingress community is way more arbitrary in upholding the ToS than the Hong Kong Ingress community. If you are a devoted Ingress player, I would suggest you stay in China. Please don't come. Read the news on the Post Office Horizon scandal. There exists the same 'toxic culture of disbelief' in the British Ingress Community.
However, with your previous account, you were explicitly breaking the actual terms of service, very visibly, with no attempt at hiding the fact. If you play the game on a single device, with a single account and no messing around with GPS, the ‘community’ won’t have any issues.
This really isn’t personal, we just care about fairness. Just play without cheating and you will stop having these difficulties. We just like a level playing field where the same rules apply to everyone.
So that account was banned, as were at least five before it. And your next account, Speciva, was also banned.
I saw you drop capsules for yourself. Maybe if you stopped cheating your accounts would last longer.
