Misleading Bounty title "Hack any 8 portals" or bug?

Personally I understood that Bounty "Hack any 8 portals" means that you need to hack 8 different portals, but in practice this Bounty can be completed by hacking the same portal 8 times.

Is this a bug or should the title be for example "Hack 8 times" ?

I guess the same applies to Bounty "Hack any 4 Portals".

No mention of unique in the dictionary definition

(Although I thought it meant unique)

They should just remove the word "any"

Ie the same portal 8 times

Or drone hacked 8 times

Maybe "Complete 8 Portal hacks" or "Gain 8 Hacker points" as 4x overclock hacking counts as 4 hacks worth of progress in this bounty.
