QOL request: in the Scout Controller later change the color of the rings if you've already scored

If you already scored three points on a portal. With the volatiles jumping around and having not used the layer for awhile it's tough to know what portals I can still score more points on.

I'm still waiting for something that shows the current scouting score board or at least indicate the controller high score is over 30 days old.
