Resonators stores in Capsules disappear when unloaded

More than three times I have unloaded ten or more level 8 resonators and they have disappeared, not showing up in my inventory for use. How do I get them back?

    Try a bug report? May need to contact support if you have a repeatable issue.

    In game, go to settings, scroll down to help center.

    You may also just need to reload the app or reboot your phone. There was an issue for me after picking up capsules on the ground. They disappeared but didn't show an updated inventory count or the capsules in the carousel. However reloading the app fixed for me.

    Really that should always be the first thing done. I'm sure support people get tired of asking, have you tried turning it off and on? And then go to reloading the app.
