Failed to upgrade membership after successful deduction of CORE membership purchase
Hello.
I am ingress game agent Pandowdy.
I purchased a CORE membership this morning and the ingress software suddenly blacked out after I successfully deducted my payment. I closed ingress and reopened it and realized that I didn't upgrade my membership properly. I got a Google order email and a bank card charge reminder.
My Google order number has been emailed to [email protected] it replied automatically telling me that it is no longer monitored.
My software version is Android 2.132.1.
I provided the screenshots I thought necessary in the email attachment. I would like to ask Niantic to help me restore my CORE membership and corresponding game credits after checking and confirming my order. I need to redeem the "Lunar New Year 2023" badge.
