Niantic actively encourages cheating.

Niantic has continued to ignore and not actively address in-game cheating elements during Ingress events and while expanding its other services.
We have witnessed numerous instances of spoofing and multi-account cheating on the forums and elsewhere that have not been resolved, and users who are actively engaged in normal gameplay have reported them, but they have been ignored.
This will not only adversely affect our other services, but our current services will not be able to operate normally, and this will definitely affect other services as we expand other services with the same factors.
Also, the customer service bot is not performing well enough to make me wonder if it's even verified.
At the very least, there's no way to track when certain users are consistently reported or when cheating is found in certain elements of the game.
Despite the game being 11 years old, the administration has no intention of fixing this.
How long must legitimate users continue to be victimized?

I don’t think Niantic has any interest in addressing it. More accounts is more stats to “sell” to investors.
Watched an agent using two accounts just a few days ago. Played for almost an hour exclusively with the main and then all of a sudden a portal gets deployed with the other account. I rolled up at that point and see the agent in question standing there, alone. Realized the slip-up, walked back to their car and left. lol.
Multi accounting is pretty well known throughout the game. Just nothing Niantic can do about it. There is no evidence you could possible submit to prove it. I've seen it, continue to see it and will always see it. It's simply how some players have chosen to play. Is it unfair? Absolutely. Can it be stopped? Nope. All you can do is accept it and move on. It makes the game look more popular than it actually is. When one player plays with four accounts the numbers look pretty good. But in reality the game is dead.

In my area there's Spoofer that banned 2 times and still back 🤣

I also witnessed one user using more than 50 to 60 accounts.
Even now, more and more accounts are being created.

You guys are aware spoofing has and will always be a cat and mouse game? Even outside of Ingress.
I may be wrong but imo old scanner was more agressive to speed between actions,and because of that - kamikazi attacks were effective on 1-2 portals but not like novadays.
