cant download lightship vr

I don’t know why my device（🍎14 pro） cannot download this lightship vr module, but all other game functions are normal. I've tried uninstalling ingress and reinstalling it multiple times. This problem prevents me from participating in this scan and OC event, so I urgently need official help to solve it for me or just give me this 5000 score gold medal.
